I'm the Lead Instigator and Resident Un-Sticker at Get UnStuck HQ, the coaching and consulting practice I launched after more than four decades helping people and businesses find their way forward.
With deep roots in brand strategy, human behavior, and leadership development, I've helped unlock potential, drive growth, and move people from stuck to success. Over the years, I've built departments, launched leadership initiatives, and guided teams through everything from reinvention to realignment. I’m known for asking the questions others don't and for zeroing in on what truly makes people tick.
My career has taken me across continents and categories: from client-side giants like Pepsi and Diageo (in both London and the U.S.) to creative powerhouses like JWT and Saatchi, and later to the independent agency Horizon Media. I've launched teams, divisions, ads, and new products, and created and led leadership training initiatives that made a lasting impact.
Today, I use all that hard-won experience to help professionals untangle career pivots, reignite creative energy, and redefine how they lead — bringing clarity, traction, and a better way forward.
It’s work that’s deeply personal and endlessly rewarding. Because there’s nothing more powerful than helping someone move past the situation or mindset that’s been holding them back from where they want to go.

For me, leadership has always been about more than having answers—it’s about sparking belief in yourself, your ideas, your acumen and in what's possible. I’ve tried to do that through honesty, curiosity, and encouragement, and sometimes, a bit of tough love.
Someone once told me that my curiosity, smarts, and genuine love of people inspired her to take the biggest career leap of her life. A lot of people have told me I helped them think bigger and grow in ways they didn’t think they could. One person said, “Thank you for inspiring me to see challenges as opportunities, to grow, and to always choose courage.”
